Wells College Campus Store Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for Online Orders

Thank you for shopping at Wells College Campus Store, owned and operated by Wells College. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Due to government regulations face masks are not returnable or exchangeable

Returns for credit and exchange for merchandise

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. Face masks are not returnable or exchangable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with tags on, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

Please ship item(s) to be returned to the address listed below, with a copy of your packing slip/receipt. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and notify you when we receive your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment for the cost of your merchandise (excluding shipping fees).

Exchange for merchandise

Please ship the item(s) to be exchanged to the address listed below, with a copy of your packing list/receipt. Include a note as to what size or item you need to exchange. We will be sure to get your package shipped to you as soon as possible. In most cases, no additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s) to the Wells College Campus Store. Make sure you keep a copy of your shipping tracking number.

SPRING 2024 SEMESTER IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Textbooks purchased for this semester may be returned for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

1)  Textbooks must be returned by Jan 26, 2024.  From Jan 29 - Feb 2, textbooks may be returned with proof that you dropped the corresponding course. After Feb. 2, 2024 all textbooks are non-returnable.

2)  All returns must be in their original condition, unmarked and undamaged.  Do not mark in your books until you are certain that you will keep them.

3)  RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS and EXCHANGES.

4)  Defective books will be replaced and must be returned as soon as the defect is discovered.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

¨    All Textbooks after February 2, 2024

¨    Opened packages of pre-wrapped materials

¨    Access Codes, Study Aides, General reading & reference books

¨    Computer storage devices, software and hardware

¨    Face Masks, Special Orders, & Clearance Merchandise

Non-Book merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase when the item is in new and resalable condition. Receipt is required.
